‘From September 2016 all policies of Bell Farm Primary School will cover from 8am until 6pm to include both Early Morning Club and After School Club, as well as the school day.’

Early Morning Club

Early Morning Club is open to all pupils from Reception to Year 6. Held in our dining room, it is run each morning from 8am by Mrs Foreman, Mrs Robinson and Mrs Mayo, assisted by Mr Deacons and Mrs Haywood. Children can receive a nutritious breakfast at 8:15am, including toast or cereal and orange juice or water to drink should you wish. If you require your child to have breakfast, please ensure that your child is in the dining room before 8:20am. This means that they have time to eat prior to starting their school day.Children have the opportunity to read a story, do some colouring, play board games or relax with their friends.

Cost for Early Morning Club:

  • Food place - £3.50 per day or £14.00 for a full week (5 sessions)
  • Non-food place - £1.50 per day or £6.00 for a full week (5 sessions)
  • Payment can be made in advance by cash or cheque (payable to Bell Farm School) in a sealed envelope clearly labelled Early Morning Club with your child’s name and class.
  • We also accept childcare vouchers. We are registered with Edenred, Computershare Voucher Services, RG Childcare, Fideliti Chilcare Vouchers, Fair Care, Care-4, Allsave, Enjoy Benefits, Sodexo and Childcare +.

After School Club

After School Club is open to all pupils from Reception to Year 6. Held in our dining room, it is run each afternoon from 3:15pm until 6:00pm by Mrs Robinson, Mr Deacons, Mrs Newland, Mrs Morris-Motasher, Mr Offield and Mrs Caparn.

The club offers many activities including arts and crafts, cooking, outdoor sports and many others.

Children receive a healthy snack e.g. sandwiches/wraps or fruit.

Cost for After School Club:

  • Regularly booked sessions are £9.60 per session.
  • Ad-hoc sessions are £10.60 per session and can be booked by emailing asc@bell-farm.surrey.sch.uk
  • Invoices will be sent at the beginning of each half-term and payment can be made online via www.scopay.com.  Payments can also be made by cash or cheque (payable to Bell Farm School) in a sealed envelope clearly labelled After School Club with your child’s name and class.
  • We also accept childcare vouchers. We are registered with Edenred, Computershare Voucher Services, RG Childcare, Fideliti Childcare Vouchers, Fair Care, Care-4, Allsave, Enjoy Benefits, Sodexo and Childcare +.
  • Fees for After School Club remain payable for periods of absence (holidays and sickness) as the child’s place is kept open and staff and associated costs continue to accumulate and have to be met by After School Club.

Please note that you are required to bring a form of identification and set a password for collection of your child.
